All Apple Watch S3 sensors aren`t working. Heart rate, movement, wake up when i lift my wrist, no one is working. Is that a software or a hardware problem? Can I fix it alone?

I suspect you got the internals wet, Sadly this a hardware level issue and may not be repairable. Some of the sensors are part of the S3 board and some are part of the sensor disk that touches your wrist.
