Chosen Solution

I replaced the draglinks, pivot plates and link cross, wheels still pointing in opposite direction. Any suggestions or ideas what may fix this.

My uninformed analysis from the part diagram; You have an axle with sleeves that the wheel spindles insert into. The axle is one piece with the sleeves attached to them. The spindles can turn in the sleeves and that provides up/down movement for the wheels. I don’t think the drag or cross links contribute to any toe movement. In order for toe to be out, the axle or spindles must be bent, or the sleeves broken loose on the axle. The shape of the axle pretty much says it isn’t going to be bent in the direction that would cause a toe issue. Therefore, either one or both of the spindles are bent or the sleeves are broken loose or bent on the axle.
