I have an Alcatel 1B 2022. The issue I have is that of no internet connection, despite having mobile data turned on. It works with WiFi but not mobile data on it’s own. I have used my SIM in another phone and it works, there is enough credit also. I have also checked the carrier and APN and all is correct. Does anyone have an idea how to resolve this?
Hi, Some things to do to try and resolve the problem: Try turning airplane mode on for a minute and then turning it off again and check if you can now access mobile data.Start the phone in safe mode and check. If it works in safe mode a downloaded app is the cause of the problem. The trick is to find out which one is the culprit. You will have to uninstall each downloaded app, one by one and then test the phone in normal mode between each uninstall until it works OK. When it does the last downloaded app uninstalled was the cause of the problem. A downloaded app is one that you downloaded and installed and didn’t come pre-installed with the phone.
