My AirPods Pro earbuds do not connect to my devices unless they are plugged in. They also cannot go into pairing mode, I hold the button on the back of the case for any time period and the light will not turn white. I open the lid and the light is green right away but after about 4-5 seconds of holding the button, the light shuts off then turns green again in a few seconds and doesn’t stop doing that. This is a big issue because I recently got a new phone and my AirPods won’t connect it. Please Help.
Close the lid, wait 15 seconds, then open the lid. Press and hold the setup button on the charging case for up to 10 seconds. The status light should flash white, which means that your AirPods are ready to connect. Hold the charging case, with your AirPods inside and the lid open, next to your Mac Regards, Will
