After Upgrading My Phone I Am Unable To Make Call Through Botim Iphone 6

I upgraded my phone to 11.3 but after that my bot App stopped working and being in UAE its the only support kindly help me fix it .

Yes It’s not working as its unable to connect, I guess some barriers are installed while upgradation.

During upgrade botim it was not update then uninstall & try for reinstall. But not update
