After the update I can’t send or receive texts. I send the message and it goes away but never appears in the thread and the contact never received it. Also I can’t receive any texts and the system ui and other apps have issues opening and running please help
Back up the information and then try a factory reset. If it works with a blank version of the operating system, there’s a chance that the software update was corrupted. If not I would recommend taking it to a store nearby that offers software reinstalls for phones (call around, not all shops do this)
The software update may have erased your APN information. Check in settings to see if your APN settings are still there.
