Hello, I bought my 2ds 1 and a half years ago, back on 2016, and today I was playing Mario Party and, suddenly, it stopped working. I tried to reboot the device, but seconds after 1 did that, it turned off again, showing a mesagge that said: “Turn off the sistem, for more information visit support.nintento.com” any help? What can I do?
Try charging it if you havent and if there is a blue light shining, and the screens still arent working, either try to fix it yourself by carefully poking around underneath the left shoulder button or get repairs.
