I recently bought a screen off ebay for cheap and replaced my cracked one on my iPhone 6s. However, I powered it on before I clipped the screen back to the body and it all seemed to work fine but then I clipped it in and screwed in the pentalobe screws and the screen is unresponsive. I could open the phone with touch ID and volume worked fine but touchscreen won’t. I then touch off the screen again and the touchscreen worked. I have tried plugging the cables from the screen in again but get the same result.
Hello, I assume you have damaged your screen by not tightening screws right by that i mean something damaged your screen from inside out. Have you followed the guide to the T? I mean your damage isn’t fixable so you need to buy a new screen or just retry and open up the phone and do every thing again it might work(maybe you get lucky) Here is the guide I advise you follow: iPhone 6s Screen Replacement And i also assume that you already have tools to because you already did this once. So i wish you luck because you will need it.
