Chosen Solution
There is some slight damage to the LCD in the top left corner. Everything is moving and jumping on the LCD during start up and once I get to the home screen. I’m trying to see if I damaged the LCD during repair or if it’s something I’m doing wrong. I tried turning the LCD on without screen being connected and same issue. I cleaned the flex cable on the LCD and same issue.
Test LCD connections if that doesn’t work I would say the LCD is defective or was damaged in the repair.
