Hello iFixit community! After a successful battery replacement, the internal display is no longer recognized. External monitor via Thunderbolt / Mini DV runs well. The internal display does not appear in the system check. Have tried a lot: the usual SMC, PRAM resets, recovery mode, safe mode. Started from boot USB to rule out system errors. Also nothing. All cables on the logoc board disconnected and connected again. LVDS cable replaced. LVDS connector OPTICALLY tested solder joints. Also OK. How can I test whether power arrives at the LVDS connector? What could still be the reason that apparently neither signal nor power arrives at the connector? I wonder who knows what. Many thanks, Freddy
hmmm check to see if you have image not backlight on the screen use a bright flash light. flash it behind the apple logo on the display if you have image its a back light issue call around to your local shops and see if any one can repair it if its not has any one tried a different display ? if there is no image and no backlight im not really the person to talk to i would call around to your local shops and explain whats going on
