Hey, my iphone 7 plus back camera stopped working so i replaced the back camera only. after installing it i realized that my front camera is not working anymore it is showing Black screen. i tried to reset the phone turn off and on , also tried to put a new selfie camera and test it and it also didn’t work. at the end i decided to factory reset the whole phone, and also didnt work. any idea what it could be ? note: all the rest of the phone working perfectly no issues.
Usualy when one camera goes both cameras do not work even when one is only faulty Is it possible you changed the incorrect camera??
Long press Camera App until a prompt pops up, click [App Info] > [Storage Usage], then clear its data and cache. After that restart the phone and see if all things are working correctly.
