Chosen Solution
I replaced the battery pack with a new one. The old batteries could not handle high volume for long. The problem now is that the charge indicator stays on even after a day of charging. I did a reset by holding power+AUX for 5 seconds but it made no difference. Other than this the speaker works fine with AC and DC power. I have not been able to test how long a charge lasts yet. Any ideas on what the problem could be? Thank you
