Chosen Solution
I Opend my iphone 7 plus. After i closed it, The TouchID (vibrate) diddnt work. And the frontcamera diddnt work as well. If i press my finger on the Screen the Iphone unlocked. But i cant press the button and diddnt get a hapic feedback. The Display & Touch is working fine. Did you know anything? What flexcalbe is connteced to this? Thanks for your Answer and sorry for my bad engish. I you need mor information, i will tell you.
I could find the mistake. The whole device has made very strange symtones. It was a clamped flex cable, which I destroyed. Thats The Flexcable. Cost about 35$
