I have unplugged everything and let it sit, then replugged in the power and no results. what is the next step? I already have the back plate removed and the inside exposed.
@citycourthouse … next step is to check the voltages on your power supply to ensure it is in line. There should be a legend printed on the circuit board near the connector that leads to the main board. Upload pictures of your boards and layout so we can see what youre seeing.
