Hi, Try to hard reset it from Android System Recovery menu (press and hold: Volume Up + Volume Down + Poewr buttons to enter into recovery menu). This will erase all your personal data !!! Regards. P.S. This is a similar procedure but for other Lenovo device: Lenovo A7-40, A7-50 A3500 Factory Reset

This is most challanging problem for the repairing technicians .Most of times its happens due to softweare isseues.So first step is to softwear the mobile.If this is happening till after softwear.We have to softweare with original UFI box.If this happens till ,then we have to check motherboard components step by step.First we have to check battery then power button registers and capaciters etc.
