Chosen Solution
im reset my huawei y52 moblie.after a reset i cannot skip wifi setting.when im skip this,its going to begining[choose a language] if you know any solution,please tell me..!
Just remove your sim and memory card go to recovery by pressing the volume down + power button then format your device u will get that skip anyway option after that u can put your sim card and memory card back
