Galaxy Note 4. Phone was stolen a while back. The person factory reset it because they did not have my password..to get but now that I have my phone back I can’t get past the setup screen. It won’t login to my Google account.. I’ve changed the password waited 12hours then retried but no luck.. Another weird thing is before stolen it was connected to Xfinity WiFi, (Remembered). Now it won’t connect says, can’t use that network, but works when I connect to Starbucks WiFi, but still won’t let me get past Google login.. I dont get it . Also when I hold power, home, vol down buttons phone tells me about a “Custom Os”. To download??
If you did not have a lockscreen when got stolen chances are the person deleted your account and used his, if you managed to know who it was see if he knows, if he sent it to you anonymously, you can contact google those guys are amazing, they would make sure its yours with proof of purchase or if you have access to the first gmail recorded on that phone, other than that… sorry
