Chosen Solution
I have cleaned my Epsom X450 printer and realigned printer heads then error message occurred telling me to turn off then turn on the printer. I’ve done this several times but the message still occurs and I can’t get passed this point.
Try unplugging and reconnecting cartridges and then power back on !
