There is no U2 chip in the iPhone 6. To understand each other we need to speak the same language. Use the word “tristar” to refer to the usb permission chip that is labeled “tristar” on the schematic. Remember the any chip can be in the U2 position, it is not always tristar. Reflow is not repair. At best that is a temporary solution to some problems. Searching no service is very open ended on the iPhone 6 and could be due to any fault anywhere in the bottom half of the board. Start with visual exam. Assuming there is no visual liquid damage, then you could try ruling out the signature fault of searching no service due to flexion damage to U1/V1 pads under the baseband CPU.
