Good day, please help me with my laptop, when I press power button the light indicator turns blue then turns off after few seconds, the screen doesnt show anything and the fans are not spinning and also the hdd, but the motherboard has power because when I put external keyboard in laptop, the keyboard lights up. But when I insert it to other usb port, it doesnt work, only the one usb port is working. Also I can charge the laptop but it just dont boot up and doesnt show anything. Please help me, thank you.
Something may be shorting the motherboard or a setting in the BIOS may have become corrupted. Try disconnecting, taking out the battery and discharging all power in system by holding down power button for 30 seconds. Reset the CMOS by disconnecting the coin battery. The round, coin sized, black covered object with 2 wires (black and red) running to motherboard connector to the right under the main battery. Also disconnect the hard drive and Wi-Fi in case one of these is causing the problem.
