hi i am from nepal suddenly my phone is turn off then i open the mobile restore and cannot perform any task only 5 minute is is open always turn off i give t o change but not change the software what can i do for change the software off my iconea tab 7
Hi Did you tried a hard reset? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eZ6Wyjt7… When you charge the device , does it turn off again after a couple of minutes? Do you get an error or is the software freezing?
