Hi! I had reacently purchased an Acer aspire laptop and everything was working okay on it but it was super slow and I couldn’t download anything on it so I decided to factory data reset it to see if I could maybe just start the whole thing over again and maybe possibly change from windows vista to windows 7 but after I reset the entire thing o can’t access the internet at all even when I have it plugged up to the modem. It says I’m connected but when I try to open internet explorer it says I’m not connected. If anyone knows how to help please tell me!
Right click on and select troubleshoot problems, windows will automatically diagnose your internet connection and fix all the possible errors after finishing up check whether the issue is resolved or not
