I opened an external harddrive. The drive inside had 5VDC - 0.7A 12VDC - 0.5A The drive I want to replace it with has: 5VDC - 0.60A 12VDC - 0.45A Can I replace the drive without any problem or will it break down due to the extra Amp pushed into it?

@junounchanged you are fine with that drive. The difference that small in amperage is negligible.
