I just bought a new Casio keyboard with a new ac adaptor for it. The keyboard worked when I put batteries in it but it doesn’t when I plug in the ac adaptor. The adaptor itself works fine I tried it before but it doesn’t with the keyboard. What can I do?
Hi @lanastaif , Since it is new, consult the manufacturer’s warranty statement that should be with the documentation for the keyboard (check in the user guide if not a separate document) as to what to do to make a claim for a manufacturer’s warranty repair or replacement. You do not want to void the warranty by opening the keyboard to find out what the problem is. Get it fixed under warranty. That’s what warranties are for.
