Printer won’t print black. All other colors work. Gone through all the tasks ie: clean printhead, alien, ????
Have you tried to print a print quality test page? It is in Setup-Reports. It will print a few tests, the one to check is the block print for each color. If the black block is light, white stripes or missing altogether then replace the Black/Yellow print head (not ink cartridge).
