Is the ear speaker and main external speaker on a 8 Plus interchangeable with a 6s Plus?
No. No Apple iPhone parts are interchangeable except for the things like the home button between a iPhone 7/8 or sim card tray on a iPhone x/xs. But the majority of parts are not interchangeable. And if you change the home button touch Id will not work. It has to be the original home button.
