Chosen Solution
hi I have a 7 plus that had a cracked screen so decided to buy a genuine replacement from ebay (grade A). When connected to the phone to test it before fully fitting it all functions are working. When I go to replace it in the chassis as soon as the screen touches the casing the touchscreen won’t work, lift the screen back up and away from the casing and it works again? I have tried it in another 7 plus and everything works good. I have tried a different screen in the original casing and everything works good. I have tried all the suggestions on here to no avail? Restored and updated via iTunes still doesn’t resolve the problem. Does anybody know a solution please?
