The TV Turns on, Turns off, 3 Red Led Blinks. I took the back cover off and did not see any obvious damage. I see on the cold side, the bottom 4 pins are 13.2V, 13.2V, 13.2V, STB. On the multimeter, I see the STB is reading ~3.5V, the 13.2V ones are reading ~8.9V. The 80V ones are read 59V. Question How do I verify whether the power supply board is working properly? Are the 13.2V pins suppose to read 13.2V as soon as I hit the power button while having all the boards connected? *Noticed that the V increased a bit after I disconnected the mainboard. Power board

Hi, I don’t know the answer but looking at the power board it shows 13.2V, 13.2V and 80V on the output of the power transformer. Did you also try measuring the voltage there? If not check what it is there. Have you checked the solder side of the power board for dry joint connections especially the transformer connections to the board?
