Chosen Solution
I bought a broken tv that didn’t display anything on the screen at all, but after replacing the power board I’m met with a screen that lights up with nothing on it, as shown in the pictures. I fixed a samsung tv with this issue by replacing the T-con board but I’m not sure if this will carry over onto this LG. Standby LED blinks 3 times turning on then stops, no logos or anything appear. Looking for any suggestions. Here is the TV off:

@windwally that is the oddest error. Most common problem with this model and the 3 blinks would be the backlight but yours is obviously working. It does look like you have some bad LEDs on it (center dark) but that should not be the issue. It is the main board that tells the power board to turn BL on (very simplified), it is also the main board that generates sound and image. It appears as if this error is indeed on the main board.
