Chosen Solution
I have a 55la6230 model and the backlight flashes on for only a second to show the logo at startup, then turns straight off. After pulling it apart only the bottom half works (as It’s in 2 series of strips) What could be the cause of the top half going out? as I don’t want to replace the strips for them to be shorted again Thanks
@zombierat check the voltages on your power board. Measure and compare the different rails. It is possible that this error originates on your PSU. Set you voltmeter high VDC something like 400V when you measure. Let us know what you find.
