I have installed 3 batteries on this phone in 4 months. The batteries seem to last for about 30 days and then die (won’t take a charge). I have tried different chargers, different battery suppliers, and the ports and cables appear to be fine. I am STUCK! Any ideas would be appreciated!
hello John, it looks like you have a short circuit in the electronics. This effectively drains and kills your batteries. This may be the result of a fall, flooding, or overheating. You need a meter, some electronics knowledge and two hands. If you are not experienced, find a good repair shop. This is a fault to be found in 10 minutes. regards,
