Chosen Solution
Does anyone here know of any 3M products functionally similar to the [linked product missing or disabled: IF173-005-1] sold here on iFixit? Specifically looking for something around 5 or 6 mm in width, strong adhesive, with a foam core that could be easily sliced in the future if needed.
I use the pre-cut strips my self its just easier! You could try contacting 3M to see what they say.
