Phone will not send or receive text messages, the display at the top of the screen says 3g, not 4g.
Hey Lucy! Looks like you have the LG Treasure. What carrier is the phone? You’ll want to make sure your APN settings match the carrier. Go to your settings, then : Tap the Networks tab Tap More. Tap Mobile networks. Tap Access Point Names. Correct APN settings can be found using a simple google search. OR you just happened to have bad service in the area you’re in. Either one.
