Chosen Solution
The problem is a strange one the 3ds detects the game I can see the picture icons of the game on bother screens but when press button ( a) or open the game will not load up , Everything else is working on the 3ds and I have already checked the game on another 3ds and tried other games so the problem is not the game cart , I have heard other people have had problems with games not reading and loading but they say it is not detected first so I was thinking this maybe a different problem . If anyone has had this problem or any ideas how I could go about fixing it would be appreciated
Sounds to me like the disc reader has gone bad and for the price of getting that fixed you can buy another device unfortunately.
If you have experience soldering, you can solder a new cart reader to the mobo. If not, buy a broken 3ds with a broken screen for example (or anything else, just make sure you don’t get one that has a broken mobo), that should cost max 50$ and swap your mobo with the other one (do a system transfer, too!)
