When I try to turn on my 3ds it stays on with both screens black and the blue light on indefinitely. the screens emit light but they are black, there is no sound either. the console does not have CFW
I have had this issue before. I did just end up sending it to Nintendo (I didn’t know about ifixit) but I think it could be the LCD screens. You may have to replace them. It could also be a Ribbon cable issue.
