Sony Bravia 42" LCD TV KD-49x7000D Hi I have been having an issue with my TV as you can see on the pictures the image is fine for 3 seconds then has a ghosting effect for 3 seconds then back to normal. This just goes on and on.. I thought it was a flat cable issue on the T-Con PCB but while moving the cable gently around there is no effect to the issue so my guess is a IC chip or Quartz that is defected but Id like a second opinion please Thank you
@mishane since it does show the same thing on the menu my first step would be to change the main board. If it would not have done it with the menu I would have started with the T-con board.
