Hi, I’ve been having this problem non stop for months and months. Got an iPhone XS which is all working brilliantly, but apart from the 3 minute boot loop. Every 3 minute’s almost exactly it restarts on it’s own accord. After a lot of research, charge port seems to do this. I’ve tried 2 non-genuine ones from ebay and they both do the same. Does anyone have any UK links as to where I can buy a genuine OEM charge port that’ll stop the 3 minute boot loop? Anyone had this issue before and fixed it?
Can you purchase parts from Ifixit? You buy one from union repair out of hongkong.
IParts4U will sell genuine pulled ports. They’re really good, and I can’t fault them at all. Be sure to test the new port before installing to save the headache of another teardown incase you get another faulty one. But I’ve never had a faulty part from this lot, they repair themselves, so know exactly what is needed 👌
