Mazen Bira these can be caused by a panel error. Check the TABS (where the ribbon cables enter the panel and apply some pressure. See if those lines change. Post some images of your screen with your question. Use this guide for that. It will allow us to see what you see. Update (09/10/2016) @mazenbira your last posted image is hard to see but it appears as if the lines are about one pixel wide and multicolored. That looks definitely like a TAB error to me. To verify this, test it as mentioned previously in my answer. If you are unsure of where to apply pressure post some more images once your have the back of your TV off.
