Bought a broken 2ds off eBay and the description said it wouldn’t turn on so I figured a battery replacement would fix it. After replacing the battery and the power button was pressed, nothing would happen. There is no blue LED or a charging LED when plugged into the charger. This was the same issue with both the old and new battery. I also tried reseating all the ribbon cables but the problem remained. PLEASE HELP
Hi! If the system is not getting any power whatsoever after you replaced the battery and after re-seating all cables, you will need to replace the motherboard itself.
