The screen appears to displaying purple at specific viewing angles. Is this something related to a backlight issue or is it simply a normal occurence for these laptops?
You’ll need to visit an Apple Store ASAP! As you have a defective display (unless you got the system wet). The ribbon data cable is likely damaged. Sadly you can’t do anything to fix this your self. Here’s a breakdown of the cables:
