2015 MacBook Air went through security at the airport, now is not recognizing harddrives (flashing question mark on startup, not recognized in Disk Utility after using Command + R). Initially thought SSD was shot, but tried plugging it in to another MBA and it was recognized. Any ideas? Cable? Logic Board?

So you have a double wamy! First by not shutting it off the baggage scanners could have burn’t your system as they would have jacked up the X-Rays to see through the aluminum case. They may have even opened your bag to inspect your system. Then the conveyor belts your bag travels at the airport are not gentle! Also leaving it running for such a long time would have run down the battery to a point it can’t be saved and being within a case the system would slowly overheat. At this point I suspect your battery will need replacement and logic board may also need to be replaced.
