Brake switch is fine, no brake lights and stuck in park . I can over ride the safety lock to drive the vehicle but no brake lights. I have been told about a million reasons?I would think that the Shift interlock solenoid would be next? Any suggestions before i tear the console apart? Thanks.
I had a similar problem on the same model vehicle. I ended up switching out the gear shiftier assembly with a used one and it worked again. Not sure how much help that was, but figure id share my success. Good luck!
