Chosen Solution
My cousins 2 week old iphone 7 plus stopped working. She says it would restart, wouldn’t be able to open more than 1 app at a time and freeze. It restores without any issues, but wont get to the setup screen. Sometimes it shows thin lines, and gets either 1/4 of the way on the progress bar or 9/10 of the way but still wont work. Any solutions? She already ordered a replacement, so its going back to verizon anyway. Just curious whats wrong with it.
One of the components on the board, or hardware equipment, is defective. It’s rather hard to pin point where unless you open the unit and inspect everything, unless someone here is a serious diagnostician.
