2 red lights on the top my my Uniden XDECT SSE45 SERIES portable phones keep flashing. How do i switch these lights off.
Hi @emily2013 , Do you mean the light as shown by the red arrow in the image below?
(click on image to enlarge for better viewing) If so it indicates that there is a message in the phone’s base station answering machine that hasn’t been reviewed Here’s an image that shows how to operate the answer machine
(click on image to enlarge for better viewing) If you mean the red light as shown by the green arrow in the first image above this indicates that there is a message waiting in your phone service voice mailbox (not the answering machine), provided by your phone service provider. If there are no messages in your phone service voice mailbox you can reset the light by going to the menu, and selecting the option Advanced Setup and then choose Reset VMWI menu. To confirm, select Yes.
