When I moved into my condo it had a washer and dryer already in it. I had to dry clothes 5 times just to dry one load. So I bought a brand new hotpoint dryer from HH Greg and the same thing is happening. It still takes drying clothes 4-5 times. I had a warranty and HH Greg came out and said there is nothing wrong w the dryer or the vent. They cleared the vent part that goes to the outside. (They either blew or sucked the space) they didn’t leave me with any answers. Can someone help!?
@kerilouwho not sure where you are located but since this is not your dryers issue as checked by the techs, I suggest that you check the outlet. If you do not have enough power on it you will not get the heat. LEt us know what country you are located in. That way we can determine what the household voltage is supposed to be. You also want to let us know what the exact make and model of your dryer is.
