2 Black Lines Were Across The Screen And A Discoloration And Horizont Television

I have a 75” Television. I mounted it to a mounting stand. When I turned on the brand new tv upon mounting the tv, 2 black lines were across the screen, and a discoloration and horizontal lines were on the top upper right hand side. What should I do?

@Julie Butler , Where was it located before mounting it on the stand as you said you had it for 3 months presumably working OK as you also said, “I mounted it on the mounting stand.” You didn’t grip the screen up in the upper right hand side too hard or screw in the mounting stand screws too tightly? If not follow the directions in the manufacturer’s warranty statement that should have come with the TV about what to do to get it repaired or replaced under the warranty.
