Horn not working when we press the steering wheel on the 1998 Cheyenne C/K extended cab truck. What & where are the parts I should check?
Check the fuse box. Pull fuse and look for a break in the line. I wire maybe disconnected or there’s a break in one of the wire lines going to the horn. Update (04/02/2021) U can also pull the cover off the steering wheel. If u do u’ll b able to c the problem. If it’s what I think it is then the part would b cheaper at a salvage yard. There should b like 2 wires that connect to a plastic piece.this plastic piece is right under the cover. It maybe broke in half.
