It is a FALD with 150 zone array. Which component would be responsible for this, the led driver, the power module or the main controller? TV is a 2015 65" curved screen Samsung UN65JS9500FXZ with  full array local dimming (fald) backlighting, which is divided into 150 local dimming zones across the screen. Each zone dims independantly according to picture  brightness info applied to its portion of the screen. Black zones switch to zero LED light output. The problem appeared suddenly while viewing TV, showing as a darkened rectangular area in the upper left hand corner of the screen, occupying about 1/9 of the screen area. It flickers at a  high and steady rate but picture is still viewable. The brighter the scene, the worse it appears. Can still view TV but it is an annoying distraction. @kahilgibran not sure what you mean by “It is a FALD with 150 zone array” We would need to see what your screen shows you. Adding images to an existing question This could be an issue with the main board but could also be the LVDS cables/Connectors, backlight array and even the LCD panel itself. Update (05/08/2022) Looks like an issue with the backlight strip. Time to take it apart and disassemble the display panel. Then replace the backlight strip. Check guides like this Samsung Television UE49KU6640 Backlight Replacement as well as videos like this and see if that is something you would tackle. Also different models are shown the principle is the same
