Chosen Solution
My iPad mini screen is 1/3 blacked out, but the touch still works in this blackened area along with the entire touch screen fully functional. Is this a screen issue or a hardware issue. Don’t know as how to the screen came to be this way since I purchased it from someone with this problem. Do I just need a new screen or need hardware repair? Thanks
Have you tried rebooting it? Sorry i misread that, most likely the LCD is damaged which will have to be replaced
