Took the outer primary cover off to be powder coated but there is a white fitted piece in the housing where the shift linkage attaches that I cant remove. How does this come out or can it be taken out. Can this be drilled out and a new one put in once powder coated? PLEASE HELP
I am guessing that it is either a bearing or some type of nylon spigot bushing. Should be able to prise out. But be careful! Follow this Youtube guide and you’ll be OK. Guide
